Items may be returned if in new and unused condition including all accessories and original packaging within 14 days of purchase from Hydro City. Items will be charged a 8% restocking fee no exceptions. No returns on special ordered items.
The customer is responsible for the return of all items, including the shipping cost. In the case of an order with free shipping, we will subtract our shipping expenses and refund the remaining amount.
