Hydro City is located in Sacramento, CA where we ship directly from our warehouse at 7660 Stockton Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95823
What is your refund policy?
If you need a refund on any product or experienced any damages with the shipping process, we do offer refunds on your purchases. Items may be returned, if in new and unused condition, including all accessories and original packaging within 14 days of purchase from Hydro City. Store credit will only be refunded. Does your store accept financing for products?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any type of financing on purchases made in-store or online at this time.
What locations does your store ship to?
We ship nationwide to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
After I submitted my order, when is the last time that I can still cancel my order?
We ask you to check over your order to avoid any restocking fees. Once your order has been prepared to be shipped, we can not cancel your order. Orders cannot be canceled without incurring a restocking fee after they have been processed in our system.
What are the hours of operation?
Our warehouse is open from 9am-6pm Monday through Saturday to assist with your gardening needs. Any questions that you have can be answered by our Customer Support team, which is readily available during those hours.
What type of Warranties do you offer?
All warranties are given by the product manufacturer only. We accept no responsibility or liability, expressed or otherwise for any manufacturer's warranty. If you have a warranty issue, you will deal directly with the manufacturer or abide by their policies and timeline.
