Shipping policy

Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options at checkout. 2-day shipping is available for select items and will be clearly marked on the product page. Delivery estimates begin after the 1–2 day handling time.
🚫 We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We recommend choosing a secure delivery location and monitoring your tracking closely to avoid theft or misplacement.

Incorrect Shipping Information
