The instrument is only as accurate as the probe is clean. Probe cleaning is one of the most important parts of owning or operating any Bluelab meter, monitor or controller. If the probe is contaminated or dirty, it affects the accuracy of the reading displayed. Conductivity kit contents: instructions, 500ml 2.77 EC solution, plastic cup, conductivity probe cleaner and chamois (probe cleaning instrument).

Orders that are placed between 9 AM - 2 PM on Monday - Saturday are usually shipped out the same day. Any orders after are shipped the next business day. We ship primarily with UPS Ground and USPS Mail Cubic.

Return Policy

Items may be returned if in new and unused condition including all accessories and original packaging within 14 days of purchase from Hydro City. Items will be charged a 8% restocking fee no exceptions. No returns on special ordered items.

The customer is responsible for the return of all items, including the shipping cost. In the case of an order with free shipping, we will subtract our shipping expenses and refund the remaining amount.
